Not all training is created equal. When working with PRs you receive the added benefit
of working one on one with a physical therapist, strength & conditioning coach and certified personal trainer. This allows you to combine all your physical therapy, personal training and strength & conditioning needs into one service. Now you can have one qualified professional taking all the parts and putting them together to give you the
best results.


WHat it is..

Our one on one Personal Training Programs are 100% customized and individualized, 12-16 week commitments. These    programs are fully customized based on your current movement efficiency and training level. Our programs are beneficial for
all ages and backgrounds.

Each PRs Training Program begins with an 1-hour in person movement/injury assessment. This is used to establish your base
line level of strength and conditioning. We perform this in depth injury and movement assessment to find possible limitations
that may lead to injury. We then build your custom pre/post training rehabilitation program to prevent and limit the possibility
of injury. This allows you to train hard and consistently so you can get the results you deserve.

These programs are designed for all ages and activity levels. 


What you get

After deciding to work with PRs you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email will consist of a detailed questionnaire to further identify your needs and health history. After we have received your completed questionnaire
please allow 24-48 hours for follow up questions. 

PERSONAL TRAINING: 2X/WK..............$500 monthly

 Training in this program requires a 3-4 month commitment training 2x/wk. Available by appointment Monday- Saturday. PRs is here to bring your health and fitness to the next level using safe and effective training principles proven to yield results.  This ensures your commitment to making long term changes. A full-body foundational strength and conditioning program is performed 2X/week based on your personal health and fitness goals. 

PERSONAL TRAINING: 3X/WK..............$660 monthly

Training in this program requires a 3-4 month commitment training 3x/wk. Available by appointment Monday- Saturday. PRs is here to bring your health and fitness to the next level using safe and effective training principles proven to yield results. This ensures your commitment to making long term changes. An undulating push/pull lower program split is performed three times per week and is tailored towards your individual needs. This is an advanced training program.

PERSONAL TRAINING: 4X/WK..............$800 monthly

This is our most advanced training program consisting of four training days per week isolating all muscle groups. Focusing on muscle strength/size with added conditioning for improving body composition is our goal. All training splits are customized and individualized for optimal results. This program should be completed after programs 1 and 2 unless you have advanced training experience.
